Completed around 2016, this was to be the first episode in our series. While this worked as a proof of concept, once we began preliminary work on the second issue we considered shifting the true beginning to the next book and keeping this as more of an "unaired pilot". This would give us the opportunity to refine the art style a bit more and bring our other much beloved characters into the story sooner.
